二 | 据介绍，2025年以来，全国检察机关共办理生态环境公益诉讼案件7.3万件，其中行政公益诉讼6.1万件、民事公益诉讼1.2万件，一体发挥维护公益和促进行政机关依法行政作用，生态环境治理价值充分显现。　　此次典型案例共8件，包括7件行政公益诉讼案件和1件刑事附带民事公益诉讼案件。案例涉及大气污染、水污染、固废污染防治以及耕地、矿产、生物多样性、海洋保护等，既有事关国家生态安全的自然保护区治理，也有人民群众反映集中的餐饮油烟问题整治等。检察机关综合运用检察建议、提起诉讼等方式督促行政机关依法履职，以民事公益诉讼依法追究违法行为人生态环境损害责任，确保生态修复、损害担责，标本兼治，助推生态环境系统治理。　　生态环境公益诉讼案件涉及细分领域多，且违法行为隐蔽，存在线索发现难、调查取证难、损害评估难等问题。

三 | 这批案例还体现了科技赋能提升检察公益诉讼质效。检察机关完善以卫星遥感、无人机航拍、快速检测为代表的“空天地”一体化检察公益诉讼技术支持体系，拓展大数据法律监督模型应用场景，推动将现代科技融入办案全过程。　　最高检公益诉讼检察厅有关负责人表示，将围绕生态环境法典涉检条文，以高质效办案促进生态环境法典实施。准确把握生态环境法典对监管职责、义务责任的调整，严格执行关于公益诉讼的保全措施、证据规则等特别规定，提升检察公益诉讼精准性、规范性。扛起生态环境法典赋予检察民事公益诉讼的更重责任，加强生态环境损害赔偿与检察民事公益诉讼衔接工作，指导地方检察机关着力提升生态环境民事公益诉讼办案质效。
